Carmelo Ribaudo
Director and co-founder of RSP Consulting Engineers
Carmelo is degree qualified in Electrical Engineering from Italy and has over 15 years experience in designing, documenting and delivering multi-disciplinary building services projects of various types, sizes and complexities, 12 of those years spent in the local Victorian industry.
Neil Shepherd
Director and co-founder of RSP Consulting Engineers
Neil is degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering from the UK and has over 20 years experience in designing, documenting and delivering multi-disciplinary building services projects throughout the UK, Ireland, Europe and the past 12 years in Australia
Adrian Zhanda
Associate – Fire Protection and Hydraulic Engineer
Adrian is degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology and has over 7 years experience within the building services industry throughout Australia.
Umar Hassan
Building Services Engineer
Umar obtained his Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Honours) from Swinburne University of Technology. He has over four years experience within the building services industry throughout Australia.
Zoe Chu
Building Services Engineer
Zoe holds a Masters of Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London. She has over three years of engineering experience spanning across the UK and Australia.
Tommy Bric
Building Services Engineer
Tommy holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering with Business from University College Dublin. He has over three years of international engineering experience, from across Ireland, Canada, and Australia.
Cailean Toner
Building Services Engineer
Cailean is degree qualified in Renewable Energy Engineering from the UK and has over four years experience in mechanical and hydraulic building services engineering within the UK, Ireland and Australia
Emmy Beaumont
Office Manager
Emmy is the Office Manager for RSP and has expertise in office operations, team coordination and provides support for her fellow RSP team members.
