RSP Consulting Engineers was appointed to prepare the services design documentation for electrical, fire protection and hydraulic services to gain building permit for a proposed new industrial and storage warehouse development at 30 Edina Road, Ferntree Gully.
The development will consist of 36 units within a narrow 6300m² site, constructed across two levels complete with car parking for approximately 100 vehicles.
Services design and documentation includes liaising with authorities to upgrade existing power supply and negotiate build over easements, design of electrical services throughout including authority and submetering, lighting, security and communications; design of hydraulic and fire services including sanitary drainage, domestic hot and cold water, roof drainage, fire hydrant and hose reel coverage
