The site is located at 346 Boundary Road, Derrimut within the Brimbank local authority. The site currently contains existing industrial buildings and facilities.
The proposed redevelopment of the site includes the construction of a large warehouse unit with ancillary office. A new car park and driveway will be implemented to access the site via the entrances proposed from Boundary Road.
RSP Consulting Engineers was appointed to investigate the existing major services to this site and advise on the feasibility of redeveloping the site for industrial use.
RSP also prepared services design documents for the client to assist with the tender process stage under a Design & Construct stage (D&C) contract and initiated the main authority applications.
