RSP Consulting Engineers has recently completed the design and documentation of Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Fire Protection Services for this new proposed mixed use development located at 25 Maitland Road, Mayfield in NSW.
We were extremely privileged to have been appointed as the services engineers to join the illustrious team of Architects and Consultants on this project within the vibrant, inner-city suburb of Newcastle.
This new high exposure 4,000 sqm site located on the major arterial roadway of Maitland Road shall contain a new BP Service Station development complete with two fast food tenancies, one of which will be occupied by Oporto.
We are looking forward to assisting the team further with this project throughout the construction stage.
